Whiffleball is the name of the ball used when playing the game. At Vernon we usually play Whiffleball inside and is a great sport for all ages. All of the same baseball rules apply to Whiffleball except we don’t have sliding indoors. This game is easy to set up, fun to play and is a great indoors activity when you’re not able to go outside. The Whiffleball is a about the same size of a regulation baseball but is hollow plastic no more than 1/8th inch thick. There are however different sizes and colors of Whiffleballs for you to choose from. Whiffleball is an popular backyard activity and is also played all around the world.
